Consultancy - our technical solutions team are experienced in working from system design documents and specifications. This gives us the ability to provide the best fit solution whether driven by cost or functionality, or both. This often encompasses products from other manufacturers such as Cisco and HP.
Installation - when a system design has been finalised, we are able to offer installation of all our solutions ranging from single site to large multi-site networks. We also provide telephone support to engineers wishing to install themselves.
Training - we offer technical training for Rad, NetPerformer and NET Equipment. Courses can be tailored to your requirements and be delivered onsite or in our training facility. Our experienced training team have run many courses throughout the world and are all security cleared to a minimum of SC level.
