PSEUDOWIRE SOLUTIONS
RAD offers TDM pseudowire products that enable cellular backhaul over
Ethernet and DSL connections, deployment of leased line services via Ethernet transport networks and telephony
trunking over PSN backbones.
TDM pseudowire is a standardised technology for transporting E1, T1, E3, T3 and serial circuits across a packet-switched network, transparent to all protocols and signalling. TDM pseudowire takes TDM data streams and converts them into packets for transmission over IP, Ethernet and MPLS-based networks. At the destination site, the original bit stream is reconstructed and the clock regenerated while ensuring very low latency.
The TDM pseudowire products support all standard operating modes: CESoPSN, SAToP, TDMoIP, as well as HDLCoPSN.
